Biography
Li Xiaoming is the chairman of Shenzhen-listed landscape design firm Hui Lyu Ecological Technology Groups.

It has obtained a 51% stake in optical transceiver maker Tri-light Wuhan Electronics Technology, which supplies to global customers including New York-listed Coherent, and looks to acquire the remaining 49% at $160 million.
Prior to cofounding Hui Lyu in 1990, Li worked in the Zhoushan base of the Chinese navy.
His son, Li Junhao, also owns a stake in the company.
