Brendan Blumer is cofounder of Hong Kong-based crypto exchange Bullish.

Blumer owns a 28% stake in the company and serves as a director. Another Bullish board member, Kokuei Yuan, owns 25% of the company and is also a billionaire.
Blumer is also CEO and sole owner of block.one, a digital asset investment firm he cofounded in 2016. Bullish was majority-owned by block.one until 2024.
Blumer grew up in Iowa and moved to Hong Kong in 2005. He gave up his U.S. citizenship in 2020.
